The “Verified purchase” badge is only shown on reviews whose authors demonstrably ordered and received the product from us; we check this against our order records. Other reviews do not necessarily come from buyers. We publish both positive and negative reviews; reviews are checked for spam and unlawful content before they are published. Reviews given in return for something (such as a free test product) are labelled.
