§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses in the online shop stille-raeume.example with Stille Räume Handelsgesellschaft mbH (fictional), Werkstattgasse 15, 79098 Freiburg, Germany. We do not accept deviating terms of businesses.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking "Order with obligation to pay" you submit a binding offer. We confirm receipt of your order by email without delay; the contract is concluded with our dispatch confirmation or the provision of digital content. We store the contract text and send it to you with these terms in the order confirmation.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly displayed before you place your order. For deliveries to Switzerland no German VAT is charged; import duties are included in the shipping price.
§ 4 Payment
You can pay by PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna or SEPA direct debit. Business customers may buy on invoice with 30-day payment terms after verification. Pre-orders are charged on dispatch.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery times are shown on each product page. For pre-order items the release date stated there applies. Fabric cut to length is delivered in one piece.
§ 6 Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, described in our withdrawal policy. You can declare your withdrawal at any time without logging in using the "Withdraw from contract" button in the footer of every page.
§ 8 Warranty and guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply. We provide the harmonised notice on the legal guarantee on every product page. Voluntary durability guarantees by manufacturers apply in addition and do not affect your statutory rights; their content is described on the product page. If you choose repair for a defect, the warranty period is extended by twelve months.
§ 9 Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase, redeemable online and in store and cannot be exchanged for cash. Remaining balances are retained.
§ 10 Reviews
We only label reviews linked to an order as "verified purchase". How we check reviews is explained on the page "How we check reviews".
§ 11 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence do not prevail.
