Our house coffee: a blend of Brazilian Cerrado and Colombian Huila, slow-roasted in a drum roaster in Hamburg. Chocolatey and nutty in the cup with low acidity – ideal for pour-over, French press and filter machines.
We buy directly from two cooperatives and pay well above the Fairtrade minimum. The roastery publishes the prices on its product page.
