Reviews can be written by customers and by guests after confirming their email address. The “Verified purchase” badge is only shown on reviews whose authors demonstrably ordered and received the product from us; we check this against our order records. Other reviews do not necessarily come from buyers. We publish both positive and negative reviews; reviews are checked for spam and unlawful content before they are published. Reviews given in return for something (such as a free test product) are labelled.
